As an Investment banking underwriter (1999) I became aware of AKT and the KIX Dehydration Technology. I started a development company to support the systems focus around catfish processing and offal (waste) recycling. After taking time out with family in 2003 in 2009 I started back with ECDS and then AKT North America to build the market need and develop projects around the KIX system and vision of protein waste recovery and meals development
