Dale's career spans 40+ years. He co-developed and patented technology with potential U.S. market of $50 billion. He was responsible for annual operating budget of $45 million, annual capital budget of $25 million and managed over 420 associates for various companies. He developed various ozone and oxygen systems for city municipalities in the area of ozone waste water treatment and oxygen related processes.
