He has developed, patented and maketed several products for medical, scientific and consumer market. He was the creative force behind the genesis, innovation and success of both MCQ Instruments and Systemdesign.

Maryna has a strong passion for high‐tech products design and technology and a solid background in company accounting and administration. She has held management positions in various companies (including Pioneer Investments Management SGR and Telecom Italia) with a focus on new business development initiatives.

Lorenzo is a IT Systems Administrator expert of Cloud Infrastructures, backend software development, cryptography and IT security. His knowledge ranges from hypervisors like Xen and Vsphere to programming languages like PHP, Java, JQuery, C, C++, including the most modern programming environments, databases and communication environments like NodeJs, MongoDB, Simphony, SocketIO and MQTT. Actually coordinates Airgloss' software development team.

Andrea is expert of cross platform app development and has a deep knowledge of the Apache Cordova and Xamarin frameworks. He is also expert of NodeJS, Javascript, HTML5, and other front end languages and frameworks and communication environments, including AngularJS, SocketIO, and MQTT. He is mainly involved in real time app development and IoT (Internet of Things).

Ciro is a full stack developer skilled in various programming languages like C, C#, Java and Javascript. He is also expert on Linux operating system and the related scripting tools: Bash, Sed, Grep and Awk. Ciro is maintaining the system that allows the communication between the devices and the back-end cloud infrastructure, further providing firmware development.

Born in Lviv (Ucraina) in 1989. He graduated at Lviv Polytechnic National University in Electromechanics in 2011. He worked for several industries and research institutes including CERN, INFN and ENEA. He has a strong background in mechanical engineering for consumer products and
medical devices, and is higly expert in injection molding, product lifecycle management, BOM management and manufacturing.

Born in Kfar Saba (Israel) in 1986. He earned a degree in Product Design in 2013 at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) in Rome. Alessandro joined the the Airgloss' industrial design team in 2014 and is mainly dealing with consumer product development. He has a deep knowledge of fast prototyping techniques such as STL, SLA, silicon moulding, vacuum casting and CNC milling.

Raissa earned a degree in Systems Design in 2015 at ISIA in Rome. She joined the Aigloss' communication team for developing of the media message, creating new media channels to ensure the visual identity and the marketing message reaches the Airgloss products
target audience. Raissa worked with important companied like Toshiba and Kajima Corporation and is actually also cooperating with ISIA as support teacher of visual comunication.

He received his master degree in Electronic Engineering at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 2009 and joined Systemdesign in 2010. He is actually working in the R&D department as Hardware and Firmware Design Engineer dealing with medical device development, RF systems, antenna design and wireless sensor networks. Angelo is supporting Airgloss product development as external consultant.
