Air Express is a new Part 135 charter airline being organized to target a specific niche in the Midwest. The objective is to promote air travel to the neglected, unserved, underserved “19 - 30 passenger” markets, those often reached by one air carrier or none at all. Air Express will fly “on demand” flights, providing the best alternate routing going to mid-sized cities. This airline plans to start with one 19 seater Jetstream aircraft.
