    Shally Shanker, CFA, is the Founder and Managing Partner of AiiM Partners. Shally has over 20 years of investment management experience structuring and stewarding global portfolios, and has been involved with the boards of 16 portfolio investments. Prior to founding AiiM, Shally was the Director of Mission Investing at the Schmidt Family Foundation.

    Ben supports portfolio companies with product strategy and execution and helps develop the investment pipeline at AiiM. Previously, as the Energy Principal on the Foundry team at X (formerly Google X) Ben led the formation of new business and technology with a focus on energy and climate change. Ben was VP of Products at SolarCity for its first 6 years and has invested in numerous cleantech companies including at venture capital firm Nth Power.

    Investment Director

    Luke leads analytics, investment diligence, performance & metrics at AiiM, following on from working with Shally at The Schmidt Family Foundation as part of the Mission Investing Team since 2014. While at TSFF Luke worked on direct and fund investments from pipeline through to investment management. Previously, Luke worked at Social Finance and has 8 years experience working in impact investing and corporate finance.

    Nick works on modeling & analytics, pipeline diligence, and fund operations at AiiM. Prior to AiiM, Nick was a Financial Fellow at Project Drawdown where he modeled the financial profile and climate impact of leading technology solutions. Nick has 5 years of experience making direct impact investments, including co-founding Factor[e] Ventures where he sourced and led investments in climate-focused technology companies in emerging markets.
