We are looking for a partner to develop this property, based on limited liability company. We initially require a start up fund of USD 3 Million and the remaining will be funded through bank or a secondary investor. We will also offer 25% share of the resort for the investment of USD 3 million.

For the full investment value, the share will be negotiable. We are willing to negotiate a deal with interested party who can raise US$23,000,000.
