AguaClara LLC is a social enterprise engineering firm providing the design services, training, and technical assistance to implement the first municipal-scale, gravity-fed water treatment plants in the world. It was born out of the AguaClara environmental engineering program at Cornell, which first developed the technology in 2005. Our combined efforts have led to 11 treatment plants in Honduras and two in India serving a total of 53,000 people.
