She was last Head of Finance and Operations of the World YWCA in Geneva Switzerland.

    Co-Founder, Peru Country Director

    Naldi studied Economics with Maria Petty in Peru at Universidad del Pacifico. She was the Pro-Mujer Country Director for 12 years. Pro-Mujer is a miccrofinance entity that serve 65,000 in the peruvian Andes. Naldi is also the founder of PUKARA, a school in the Andes of Peru based in project based learning.
