He is an active member of the MA Home Aide Council. He is a board member of the CT Technology Council, MIT CT Enterprise Forum. He has authored articles on marketing & PR, and is recognized nationally for his community & business leadership ability.

She supports content development and marketing, social strategy and media outreach, integrating communications programs for senior living communities, home care agencies and senior care organizations.

She has a MBA, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lally School of Management, BA journalism, Ohio Wesleyan University. Member of the Public Relations Society of America nd the Connecticut representative of the Public Relations Consultants Group.

For over twenty years, he has specialized in online application development, database architecture, and diversified marketing communications experience that integrates web-based applications, online marketing with traditional marketing to create high-impact campaigns by providing the opportunities, results and revenue for clients. He manages digital solutions by implementing interactive strategies for hundreds of senior living organizations.

He leads a development team building the underlying application, tracking for the Aging in Place Toolkit. He is co-creating technology needs and resource needs. He is a full LAMP developer and strategist. He has been developing in multiple languages for over 10 years. Mr. Tezcan specializes in advanced custom website/application design, along with the hosting, back-up and monitoring systems required for a successful enterprise level solution.

Lauren Esposito has 20 years experience working with businesses to increase their visibility and reach across the digital spectrum. She manages the social media community of the Aging in Place Toolkit and directs its website user experience. She is in the Interactive Media Graduate program at Quinnipiac University to enhance her strategic planning for social media community management, analytics, and user experience for mobile media content.

She applies her visual design and website management skills to support this enterprise, and works with a team of content providers, social media and web developers by applying market research and integrating Aging in Place’s brand identity to create a unique, easy-to-navigate user experience for visitors. Her work to customize the website/app helps help family caregivers and aging in place planners easily find and use its diverse resources.
