Prior to co-founding Agincourt, Jeff Chapman founded, led, and sold Harbinger Technologies Group, a software and consulting firm formed to meet post-9/11 needs of the homeland and national security. Mr. Chapman is a former naval intelligence officer and decorated combat veteran. He is an alumnus of the United States Naval Academy, University of Virginia, and Harvard University.

Prior to co-founding Agincourt, David Neubert founded Hamilton-Locke, Inc. where he developed web analytics to monitor Internet 'chatter' for many large companies (Coke, Microsoft) to help them better understand the ubiquitous consumer conversation being had about their brands. David holds multiple degrees from BYU.
