We will produce biodiesel alternative fuel for the U.S. military and civilian markets with our proprietary pyrolysis system while helping eliminate the 1billion ton per year animal waste problem in the U.S. Although our market is national, and we plan to build our first 5 biomass energy facilities in Ohio.

He is a graduate of Xavier Univ.,the Univ. of Cincinnati and the USMC Officer School in Quantico, VA

    Consulting engineer since 1979 in solid waste management, recycling and industrial redevelopment, specializing in Waste to Energy Design. He is a Certified Environmental Engineer (DEE) and past Midwest Chapter Chairman, (Solid Waste Processing Division) of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. His clients include the cities of Moraine, Tipp City and Vandalia, OH, the Miami Co. Sanitary District, Chemicals, Inc. and Holdfast Technologies.

    President, Quantalux, LLC. a product development firm in Ann Arbor, MI. A major focus for Quantalux is to develop and prototype technology solutions for biogas and other renewable energy systems. Prior to founding Quantalux in 2007, he was a senior engineer developing software and hardware solutions for a range of commercial and military customers. He holds degrees in mechanical, elect. and optical engineering from the Univs. of MN & Rochester.

    Chuck founded an ERP software company called Encompix that he operated for 19 years before selling the company to a private equity firm in 2006. He was retained by that firm as VP of Industry Solutions where he helped newly acquired companies achieve high levels of EBITDA. Today he runs an internet based company that owns and operates websites in niche markets. He and his partner, (also an AET investor) are currently developing the AET website.
