Bob has more than two decades of experience in West Africa, where he served in the Peace Corps as a public health volunteer, and later managed an import business focused on fair trade products from the region. He has led financial strategy for AHWA since 2014, securing over $1.7M in startup financing and guiding the company to cash flow positive status by the first half of 2017, with average annual revenue growth over 100% since 2015.

Jonathan had a long career in the design, construction and construction services industries before co-founding American Homebuilders of West Africa and US-Africa Housing Finance. He now dedicates his energy to helping solve the housing crisis in Africa with these for-profit companies. He believes that solving big problems creates positive impact and delivers great returns to investors.
