Afito.com is an off-campus housing listing service operating at 6 college campuses. We generate revenue via an innovative auction-style premium listings service and through revenue sharing agreements with local brokers. We are currently working on expanding our service into new markets while building out e-leasing and property management functionality to further expand our user experience and open up new opportunities for revenue generation.
