  • Dr. Bruno has over 30 years' experience in international business, finance and trade, having worked in the private sector as a stock and commodity broker, banker, export/import trade and investment financier (Business Week honored her as Woman Entrepreneur of the Year). She served 16 years in the U.S. Foreign Service, handling economic affairs. Education: Mount Holyoke College; M.A. and Ph.D.- New York University; J.D. - New York Law School.

  • Dr. Burzell, Ph.D. is a Marine and Medical Microbiologist with expertise in pathogenic and marine biofilms, fouling, water quality, microbial taxonomy and genetics (B.A., Mount Holyoke College; Ph.D. St. George's University School of Medicine). Winner of TechAmerica's Researcher of the Year and NASA iNET, she manages Aequor's lab at JLabs-San Diego, and pilot projects showing the superior performance of the chemicals that she discovered.

  • Mr. Litowitz has over 30 years' experience as a CPA, including for early stage companies, M&A and IPOs. He is Partner at SCA Group, and former Partner at venture firms specializing in Pharma investments.

    Mr. Slepoy has 35+ years' experience in international chemical sales, including with FMC, Lehn and Fink, and others. He is networked with chemical buyers and formulators of end-use products in the consumer, agro-industrial, and healthcare sectors, including those seeking non-toxic substitutes for the chemicals used in their products.
