Company Summary
The Company's goal is to develop a therapeutic system for treating venous insufficiency and venous stasis ulcers, that can be utilized in an office-based setting without general anesthesia, delivering sclerotherapy to incompetent perforating/superficial veins while minimizing the risk of deep venous thrombosis. The system will be safer, more effective & less costly. Vascular surgeons, dermatologists, and interventional radiologists are targets.

Mr. Nickels has substantial experience in building clinical and comercialization teams beginning with Rosemount Aerospace to more recently with Kinesis Medical and Celleration. Kevin successfully brought Kenesis to liquidity through the sale to Orthofix. Celleration, a venture backed company in wound care and tissue regeneration, achieved $10M in the fourth year of commercialization.

William DraslerChief Technology Advisor
Dr. Drasler worked for Baxter Travenol on dialysis systems and for Applied Membrane Technology on plasma deposition technology. In the early 1980's, he managed angioplasty projects at SciMed in balloon bonding and development. Dr. Drasler was VP of R&D for Possis Medical where he took the Angiojet thrombectomy project from inception to production. He was also VP of Engineering at Lake Region Manufacturing.
