Advanced Technologies, Incorporated (ATI) has been developing real-time embedded military software for U.S. and foreign governments since 1986. We are classified by the U.S. Government as a Small Woman Owned Business. Our company is 100% employee owned. We want to expand our traffic control system development effort and add jobs in Florida. ATI's staff have worked on missile guidance, flight controls, autopilots, and other complex systems.

    Mr. Gardinier has over 30 years experience developing software systems and tools for the military,
    aerospace industry, and NASA.

    Mr. Gardinier graduated Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida with a Bachelors of
    Science in Computer Science in 1981. He has continued his studies in Computer Science at Arizona
    State University and more recently, at University of California, San Diego. He is a co-owner in

    Ms. Romanowich has over 25 years experience developing complex control systems and tools. She
    has worked as both a consultant and employee for companies that include Northrop Grumman,
    Bendix, Allied Signal, Honeywell, and Teledyne Ryan.

    Ms. Romanowich’s areas of expertise include proposal capture, billing procedures, government
    regulations (business and tax), C++ software development, and new business management.
