Mr. Joel Costonis is President and Founder of the Company. As the Company moves to launch the product, Mr. Costonis will lead the effort to build the marketing and sales staff to successfully deliver QA/QC products to the aggregate industry at large with Ace Auto-Grade Laboratory poised as the lead product in the parade. A people person by nature, Mr. Costonis will imbue his staff with the same passion he used to develop the Laboratory.

Mr. Bushey will oversee and manage all of the technical modifications and upgrades of the Ace Auto-Grade software platform. An expert in the design and use of test and measurement software systems, Mr Bushey has managed a diversity of highly complex and technical projects (e.g., US Navy submarines and torpedos and the SOAR telescope project in Chile) throughout his career and will continue in that role for Advanced Concepts and Engineering, LLC.

Mr. Burr, an associate of Mr. Bushey while at United Technologies, is the Production Manager for the Company. Mr. Burr's 30 years’ experience in electronics, test and , robotics and computer controlled electro-mechanical industrial applications. As Production Manager, Mr. Burr will oversee and manage the quality control, and production functions of the Company, a position he has held in whole and in part during his career as a testing engineer.

Dr. Costonis is an investor and consultant to the Company, serving on the Board of Directors under contract as Strategic Advisor to lead the collaborative effort of the leadership team to achieve its collective mission. Dr. Costonis brings 45 years of management consulting experience working directly with over 350 firms in the construction industry to both coach and inform the effort.

Mr. Gordon initially consulted on the concept, design and engineering of the Ace Auto-Grade Laboratory and now joins the Company to sell, train and service the product. Mr Gordon brings a ready-made knowledge of the products of the industry, a highly representative customer list who can immediately be contacted in a programmed sales effort and an immediate presence to professionalize the sales and service efforts of the Company.
