Throughout his career, he has worked across a variety of advanced materials applications including advanced BEOL dielectrics, optical materials for displays, materials for energy storage and photovoltaics. He has held a variety of roles including new business development, global R&D manager and scientist.

Mr. Joslin has 25 years of experience in all aspects of financial management and business consulting. He has broad experience working for both an accounting firm and companies in a number of industries. In addition, he has started and run a number of companies. Finally, he serves in local government as a city commissioner.

Don Hobday has more than 30 years of experience in general management, operations management, sales and marketing management. In a previous role Don was General Manager and Director of Operations – China for ArvinMeritor where he was responsible for $100M sales, 1,600 employees, and 3 businesses

Jerry Mullis is a seasoned lead-acid battery manufacturing expert with 37 years of experience. Mr. Mullis has at one time or another responsible for virtually every aspect of battery manufacturing including machine design, manufacturing supervision, process engineering, quality management, engineering management, project management, and overall operations management.
