Ross Holmes was formerly District Emergency Management Officer of the Monaro region for the NSW Police. He is currently a senior emergency management official with DFAT. Ross' entire career has been devoted to matters of public safety, and he travels overseas regularly to advise on safety and resilience issues.

David Templeman is currently CEO of ADCA, one of Australia's peak public health NGOs. He was formerly Director General of Emergency Management Australia, from 2000-2006. During that tenure, he was responsible for Australia's response to such disasters as the Bali Bombing of 2002. David is the co-author of 'Taking a Punch - Building a More Resilient Australia.' He is a regular contributor to TV, radio, and newspapers on emergency response.

Professor Robson is a senior clinician with the Australian National University Medical School. He is the inventor of the YellowBird ALERT. Professor Robson holds masters and doctoral degrees in public health fields, and is the recipient of the Insurance Council of Australia's National Resilience Award for 2010. He sits on a number of boards, and is an active researcher and teacher, as well as a busy clinician.
