AdLarem purchases Las Vegas residential properties out of foreclosure and signs the former owner to a long term lease. This gives the family stability and gives us a revenue stream with an appreciating asset bought below construction cost.

    Basil graduated magna cum laude from UC Riverside.

    Eddie worked in his family owned real estate business buying, selling and leasing property for 4 years before attending law school.

    After graduation Eddie worked in healthcare real estate in Manhattan before beginning the venture with AdLarem Fund.

    Eddie graduated with a BS in Econ & Venture Capital from Vanderbilt University and a JD from the University of Miami.

    Rod is a financial executive with experience in finance and development activities.

    Currently Rod is the Chief Investment Officer for Sartini Enterprises.

    From 2001 to 2007 he was the Chief Financial Officer of Golden Gaming and from 1997 to 2001 he was the Vice President of Financial Services for Station Casinos, Inc.
    Rod holds a BA in Public Policy with honors from Stanford.
