    President and CEO

    With 30 year of experience in IT and 20 years building computer cooling systems, Niall is the inventor of our Thermal Rail™ technology.

    Before starting ADC Technologies Niall was an IT jack-of-all-trades, and has experience as a programmer (C/ASM), Network Engineer (Cisco certified) and computer hardware expert.

    An avid learner, Niall has developed skills in patent law, component design, basic engineering, manufacturing and management.

  • Jacques Blais
    Executive VP

    Experienced CEO and CFO, Jacques worked for 21 years at Otis Canada where he rose to GM Québec.

    Jacques presently sits as Chairman for Unicel Architectural Corp, previous board positions include Alta Precision, Leeza and Groupe DCM. Jacques also sat on the board for the Quebec Special Olympics for 21 years.

    At weekends you can find Jacques patching people up at Ironman competitions or on the Ski Slopes as a member of the Ski Patrol.
