Lance has an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville. His most recent position was a Region Manager for GE, leading the country with his team to deliver over $180 Million in revenue. He is certified in Six Sigma and has won numerous leadership awards within GE.

Clay has worked in key Information Technology leadership roles including software and web development, managing outsourced software development and executive management. His responsibilities have included general IT management, software development leadership, and Enterprise Application Architecture. In previous engagements, he worked with government agencies optimize their (Application Lifecycle Management) processes.

Sarah is responsible for all quality assurance processes. She is the ScrumMaster of the agile software development team; she also manages the customer service team. Sarah has extensive experience in managing IT projects, and developing and managing complex websites using a variety of platforms. She has worked with private sector technology companies, within a large university setting, and as an IT consultant.

Shamir has over 16 years in experience in Corporate IT Development and is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) since 1999. Has been developing applications for Fortune 100 Companies for the last 16 years. Has received 3 out of 4 top awards for Microsoft’s Activate The Internet Contest in 1997 by developing solutions using Microsoft technologies. Shamir founded Xpressions Interactive, Inc. in 1998.

Jeremy has over 20 years of software engineering experience, beginning with data-driven client-server and interactive voice response applications for a Fortune 100 company. Jeremy was an early adopter of web-based development technologies and served as editor-in-chief of multiple Ziff-Davis publications, educating developers on Microsoft’s emerging web development platforms and tools. In 1998 Jeremy is cofounded Xpressions Interactive, Inc.

Rich Humphrey is the Director of Digital Marketing at MobileFiT. He leads in engaging the marketplace through web-interfaces, social media, and blog posts to drive awareness of MobileFiT’s ground-breaking technologies . Rich is certified in Inbound Marketing through Hubspot Academy and has a proven track record of leadership and start-up experience.
