To build the brand name and disseminate the technology as broadly and rapidly as possible the company will license its technology to well established companies to mfg. and market for specific markets

    holds a B.S. in Bus. & Ind. Mgmt. and has been invoved in Sales, Mktg. and finance over many years and has successfully founded and managed two companies prior to founding Adaptive Power Solutions.

  • Monte Errington
    Founder/ CTO

    holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and has been involved with two prior electronic start-ups. He is a creative technical visionary genius and has developed the technology and products to meet the market demands in those companies with resulting revenues reaching multi-million dollar levels.

  • Kenneth Stephanz
    Consultant/Advisor

    Mr. Stephanz has had major success both as an entrepreneur and professional manager. His background includes founding, owning and operating seven businesses in the high tech arena. He started one company from ground zero, took public and then sold to a Fortune 100 company for multi-millions. He has been a senior executive with three Fortune 100 companies.
