    Shruthi is responsible for running all facets of the business. Prior to Adapt Ready, as a management consultant, she advised companies across industries, from consumer products to publishing & IT. Before that, she spent 7+ years in technology at Fortune 500 companies.

    Shruthi holds a BE in electrical engineering and an MBA in global management. In her spare time, she pursues hiking, snowboarding, surfing and other extreme sports.

  • Sandeep Chandur
    CTO & Co-Founder

    Sandeep is responsible for the technology vision and platform development. Prior, he designed and developed highly scalable software for enterprise, government, telecom, finance, and other sectors, and he brings over 18 years of technology experience that spans startups to global corporations.

    Sandeep holds a BE in electronics engineering. His interests outside of work include calligraphy, running, travel, and cooking.
