I am a software engineer working as a contractor and have a limited company. Being contractor gives me opportunity to be different places and see patterns that people have problem with. To reserve a meeting room should not take more than 10 seconds. You should be able to see instantly which room is available or have a choice to plan ahead. I designed and built a working prototype for this and ready to go to the next step to make it better.
