Rick co-founded Evention which provided a solution to the US health care market, successfully executing a sale to a major pharmacy provider. Rick was VP, Sales and Marketing at Descartes Systems Group and was involved in growing the company from a 10 employee custom software developer into a public company

Extensive experience marketing, designing, developing and managing hosted internet solutions for the eye care and animal health industries has provided Matt with the skills necessary to oversee the growth of this specialized software firm. Matt has over 20 years of experience managing people and developing robust software solutions. Matt graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BASc in Civil Engineering

A developer at heart, Asad still devotes time each week building software and tools using some of the most progressive and promising technologies in the industry. He has 14 years of experience building large-scale distributed applications. Before joining Acumenex in 2001, he worked at several financial services companies in Toronto. Asad holds a BSc from University of Toronto

Kathy Davies, CPA, CA joined Acumenex in 2008 and manages the financial strategies and operations of the company. Prior to joining Acumenex Kathy spent 25 years in public accounting, the last five of them as a partner with KPMG providing audit and advisory services to the public sector. Kathy graduated from McMaster University with a Honours Bachelor of Commerce.
