He has held multiple positions in top global 500 companies including Medtronic, Boston Scientific, and 3M Healthcare group. He has widespread experience and knowledge including research and development of both class 2 and class 3 products, core team project management, system integration, quality system, product testing, manufacturing processes, and regulations.

    Joe has over 20 years of investment and management experience in the Greater China region. Over the past 15 years, Joe has been actively engaged in the investment, acquisition, and management of various businesses in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. He has invested in a variety of industries, including high technology, medicine, electronics, real estate, resources, and chemical industry.

    Dr. Ding is a pioneer in designing pacemakers in China. He designed China’s first anti-tachycardia pacemaker for ambulatory uses. He was an outstanding Scientific Fellow at Boston Scientific Corporation with over 25 years of experience in electrical stimulation to treat heart failure using “cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT)” technology. He currently holds over 100 medical device patents in both the US and internationally.

    VP of Medical Affairs

    Jenny has over 20 years of experience in Chinese and American hospitals. She worked at Beijing University Hospitals as an OB/GYN doctor and later became a consultant at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. She is a board member of the Minnesota Chinese Physicians Association. She used to manage the Minnesota Chinese Health Center.
