Luke has 10 years international experience in clean technology and the energy industry; Luke has worked in research and advised national and regional European governments; he cofounded 2 startups including a carbon offsetting firm and a solar project developer; Luke has a MSc in Environmental Technologies, Energy Policy from Imperial College London & a BSc in Geography from University College London.
