We want to provide the Walmart of our industry. A one stop shop for all of their renovation and maintenance needs. We plan to invest a large portion of the revenue in to buy and hold and buy and flip real estate, then expand to where we are subcontracting out work all across the state. We plan to expand the buy and hold part of the business in to other states where property prices are low, but section 8 housing is in high demand.
