    Founder & CEO Frank X. Osborne founded and self-funded, HawkGrips, a multi-million dollar company and leading brand in the physical therapy/rehabilitation industry. In 2016 he was recognized by the White House Medical Unit for "Outstanding Achievement in Support of the President of the United States." Frank has 15 years’ worth of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

    Founder & CTO Thor Halseth is co-/inventor for 52 safety-needle patents, 62 overall patents & 33 pending patents. Thor was Founder/Principal & Director of Design for NOW Medical, the market leader in Safety Huber Needles before being sold to C.R. Bard. He founded & took public Med-Design, which designs and manufactures safety medical needle devices, while also serving as Head Designer before licensing 9 safety-needle patents to Becton Dickinson.

    VP Finance

    VP Finance Barbara Horton has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1991. She ensures adequate procedures are in place to safeguard the company’s assets and optimize cash. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Central Bucks Chapter of the National Charity League. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Widener University and earned a Master’s degree (MBA) in business administration from Pepperdine University.

    Chief Medical Officer

    Dr. O’Connor is “Physician to the 47th Vice President of the United States.” and previously was “White House Physician” (06-09). He was Command Surgeon, 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment – DELTA (ABN) Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan. He is a recently retired Army physician with 22 years of military experience. Currently, he serves as head of Exec. Medicine at George Washington Hospital in Washington D.C.

    Pursel has 46 years of design and engineering experience creating products and tooling from ideas, concepts, sketches, blueprints, specifications and models for the fabrication of dies, tools and assemblies, ensuring safety and maximum efficiency of precision final parts. In a typical year, Mark oversees the production of between 10-25 major ‘tools’, ultra-precision plastic injection molds, and stamping die within exacting precision tolerances.

    Regulatory Consultant

    Kirwin has 35 years of experience in drug, device and biologic development. Jim has led 100-plus clinical programs that have led to FDA and global regulatory approvals. As VP Global Medical Affairs Clinical Operations at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals his team led the approval of the Enbrel SureClick® and Sure EnbrelTM Mini with AutoTouchTM auto-injectors and conducted early clinical studies on the Xyntha dual chamber syringe for treatment of hemophilia.
