Mr Cloete has extensive knowledge on the structuring and management of different facets in the developing and manufacturing world. He did his Building Management Studies at Cape Town Technikon and Project Management Diploma at Newport University. He held various positions in companies like CSM Engineers – Member; Gibb Africa – Project Manager; Stocks Housing – Director; PMG Africa – Director; AfriGroup Holdings – Managing Director.

He was previously the CFO of Delta Mining Consolidated from February 2010 to December 2010. He obtained accounting and reporting experience working for international companies within South Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant who began his career at Deloitte and Touche, then joined the Australian-listed Nkwe Platinum as a project accountant before he moved to Sasol to head the reporting division of Sasol Gas.
