ACHaPS eliminates the requirement for charter brokers to prepay for services while guaranteeing payment to charter airlines. ACHaPS charges a fee proportional to the amount of each transaction, location of participants, and currency.

    Founder/President

    In 1999 Lewis acted upon a lifelong dream of owning an airline. Lewis acquired a used Learjet aircraft, and formed the charter operation Dolphin Air in 1999. To address consumer demand for simplified access to private jet aircraft, Dolphin Air was rebranded Charter Smart Aviation in 2003. Charter Smart was the one of the first charter companies to implement a jet card travel program.

    Executive Vice President/CFO

    Joe is a US Navy Veteran and the former Controller of Miami Air International, one of the nations premier charter airlines. Joe has served as Controller/CFO with various companies in Los Angeles and was a Senior Accountant with Northrop Grumman for 6 years. Joe received his MBA from USC in 2000 with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Human Resource Management.
