Mr. Benham holds a BS in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York and an MBA from Averett University Danville, Virginia.

He spent 9 years at Zimmer prior to joining Accumed Systems in 1998.

    William W. O’Neill, MD, Medical Director, Structural Heart Disease Center, Henry Ford Hospital. He received his MD from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed a cardiology fellowship at the University of Michigan Medical Center. Dr. O’Neill is an international leader in the field of interventional cardiology and in the research of new medicines and techniques to diagnose and treat obstructed heart arteries.

He is co-inventor on 16 U.S. and International patents, encompassing intravascular ultrasound, coronary catheters and guidewires, electromechanical imaging and control systems, cardiopulmonary bypass systems, among others.

He has served in high level management positions at several large, publicly traded biomedical companies. He was Senior Vice President of Abiomed, Inc., the developer of the nation’s first artificial heart. Mr. Koert holds a BS and MS in Chemistry, and an MBA degree from the University of Michigan. He is a former president of the Company.

    Dr. Bisgaier is co-founder and Chief Executive Manager of Michigan Life Ventures, LLC, established to assist early stage companies. Dr. Bisgaier co-founded Esperion Therapeutics prior to its acquisition by Pfizer. He participated in discovery and development of Lopid, Lipitor, Avasimibe and Gemcabene at Pfizer. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Pharmacology at the University of Michigan.
