Mr. Benham is has been in leadership positions in various companies serving as CEO, President, CFO and Chief of Marketing in numerous firms, often times in “turn around” situations. Currently, Mr. Benham is the CEO of ComCom Systems Inc., a software development and services firm in Clearwater, FL. Mr. Benham holds a BS in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York and an MBA from Averett University Danville, Virginia.

Ms. Katz-Pek, President/CEO of AccuTherm Systems (06/2012-present); Board member (1996-present); President of Accumed (1997-2000) leading to NIH grants and investment from MEDC for development of the Thermal Sensing system; responsible for commercialization of the Wrist Splint and Hemostasis Band and sale of the Splint to Vascular Solutions (06/2012). She is founder of BBCetc and is a Board member of NSF International Holdings.

Mr. Korotko is an original employee of Accumed, leads the product development effort across all Accumed entities, and is one of the inventors of the TSS. Mr. Korotko will transition to full-time at AccuTherm upon funding. Joe has a Master of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Michigan. He spent 9 years at Zimmer prior to joining Accumed Systems in 1998.

William W. O’Neill, MD, Medical Director, Structural Heart Disease Center, Henry Ford Hospital. He received his MD from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed a cardiology fellowship at the University of Michigan Medical Center. Dr. O’Neill is an international leader in the field of interventional cardiology and in the research of new medicines and techniques to diagnose and treat obstructed heart arteries.

Mr. O’Neill is founder and CEO of the NSI Group of Huntington Woods, Michigan. In that capacity, Mr. O’Neill is CEO or controlling shareholder of several companies. Mr. O’Neill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy, and a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. O’Neill and Dr. O’Neill are brothers.

Ms. Callaghan holds a BBA degree in accounting from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and a Juris Doctor in tax law from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. She is a CPA and has worked on the staff of two of the Big Four accounting firms. Ms. Callaghan currently serves as Tax Director for a multi-billion dollar division of one of the largest industrial corporations in the nation.

Dr. Zalesky was CEO and President of LumexRx. He has a BS from the U of Notre Dame in Aerospace Engr.; a MS in Aerospace Engr. and PhD in Biomedical Engr. from the U of Michigan. He is co-inventor on 16 U.S. and International patents, encompassing intravascular ultrasound, coronary catheters and guidewires, electromechanical imaging and control systems, cardiopulmonary bypass systems, among others.

Mr. Koert is one of the founders of Benecor Heart Systems Inc. serving as its president for many years. He has served in high level management positions at several large, publicly traded biomedical companies. He was Senior Vice President of Abiomed, Inc., the developer of the nation’s first artificial heart. Mr. Koert holds a BS and MS in Chemistry, and an MBA degree from the University of Michigan. He is a former president of the Company.

Dr. Bisgaier is co-founder and Chief Executive Manager of Michigan Life Ventures, LLC, established to assist early stage companies. Dr. Bisgaier co-founded Esperion Therapeutics prior to its acquisition by Pfizer. He participated in discovery and development of Lopid, Lipitor, Avasimibe and Gemcabene at Pfizer. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Pharmacology at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Goldstein is Director of Research & Education, Division of Cardiology, William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, MI. Dr. Goldstein has been involved with clinical evaluation of a multitude of new products in coronary, peripheral and structural heart disease.
