Dr. Paul Troy, is an inventor and entrepreneur, and has worked on high technology development projects for the US Defense Department specifically ASW, MCM and Medical, resulting in the commercialization of many new products. Paul is a former Professor at University of Hawaii at Manoa, School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology, where he established the Atomic Force Microscopy and Nano-technology Laboratory.

Mr. Fausak has extensive experience in marine environmental and engineering projects. He has university degrees in geology and in oceanography, and has applied these disciplines to over 300 projects in the United States and in more than 35 foreign countries. His experience includes: management of a DARPA-funded R&D program for the State of Hawaii; management of foreign and domestic projects; environmental description and impact assessment.
