Dr. Cullen is a board certified physician of Internal Medicine and a graduate of Brown University School of Medicine. She has been in clinical practice for nearly two decades. Dr. Cullen has also obtained a certification as a Certified Wellness Coach and Group Exercise Instructor. Dr. Cullen served in the capacity of; Certified Clinical Investigator and Primary Investigator with a research firm in the State of Florida.

Dr. Pennington is an experienced medical professional with over 40-years of clinical experience. He is a graduate of Boston University, Boston College and Ryokan College with a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology. He has additional training at the Cambridge Institute, Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic and Hahnemann Medical College. He is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. He is a member of CAADAC.

Mrs. McNeal currently serves as Vice President, and Director of Clinical Services with AccessMD Plus. Prior to joining our team, she has worked as a skilled nurse for over 15 years. She has an extensive background in advanced preparation, rehabilitation, and managing the clinical operations of a health center network.
She is responsible for overseeing all direct clinical operations of our health centers.
