As CEO of the Company, Mr. Primak will set the direction and oversee operations and manage the growth of the Company. Mr. Primak’s role will be to oversee, guide and ensure that all departments within the Company work together in an efficient and profitable manner. He will oversee the development of the Company’s operating policies and procedures including both general and specific compendium guidelines for all Company personnel.

Dr. Templar has more than 16 years of experience as a physician, with a background and in Occupational and Emergency Medicine, General Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Radiology, Neurology, Nephrology and completed an Anesthesiology Residency, thus giving Dr. Templar the experience, having held the position of Staff Physician at Concentra Urgent Care, from 2002 to 2011.

Mr. Lambermont is a former Hyatt Hotel executive, a graduate of UNLV. Mr. Lambermont holds a BS in Finance and will be jointly responsible for the Company’s oversight and stewardship as well as the development and implementation of Company policies and procedures, in addition to general and specific guidelines and procedures related to transparency and reporting of all transactions, and will work closely with the Company’s CFO.

Mr. Jones is someone who can tackle any business IT objective, whose role can be anything from coding, planning and development, troubleshooting and problem solving, to design engineering. Mr. Jones works in an efficient and collaborative manner, ensuring success, possessing more than 10 years of “computer” experience, having been employed with several companies in various IT positions, including Apple, Inc., where he wrote H.R. programs.
