Mr. DuVal has been a practicing business lawyer in Portland, Oregon for nearly 20 years and is a member of the Oregon and Washington State Bar Associations. He has extensive experience and an expansive knowledge in all aspects of seed, development and growth stage companies. Mr. DuVal received his B.A. from Whitworth University and his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law.

Mr. Jones brings over two decades of banking and automobile finance experience to Acacia Acceptance Corp. Mr. Jones developed and managed the first out-of-state indirect lending branch for WFS / Wachovia Dealer Services. That branch today produces $40 million per month in auto receivables. Mr. Jones graduated from the Northwest Intermediate School of Banking and Management. He attended Claremont College where he majored in Finance and Business.

Mr. Annis has over 25 years of experience in the automotive finance business. While with WFS / Wachovia Dealer Services Mr. Annis developed and managed an indirect auto portfolio in excess of $500 million. He has extensive experience in dealer operations, auto finance, sales, operations, credit, and collections. Jim graduated from the University of California, Sacramento and received his MBA from University of the Pacific.
