Founder of Encore Systems, Penny addressed the software needs of the hospitality industry, from the eyes of a consumer rather than a technologist. Michelle is a 20 year veteran of the fashion industry. She splits her time between FashionAde, producing fashion shows for Macy's and Clinton Kelly of "What not to Wear" fame. She also serves as stylist for numerous movie productions. She was a professional model for multiple top international designers (Donna Karan, Michael Kors, and Oscar de la Renta). Michelle, Clinton and Macy's worked together to "Makeover America."
