We aim to create a QSR style restaurant that offers unique, high quality New Mexico style burritos in a convenient way.

We will begin with breakfast burritos and grow in to additional offerings and day parts. Our focus will be drive thru, walk-up and catering services. This allows us to maximize our AUV and profitability.

Our build-outs and ongoing operating costs are much lower than our competitors, thus helping us rapidly franchise and grow.
