AbM has previously spent 10 years consulting, with past experience serving as Subcontractor in DoD SBIR Phase I and II for advanced propulsion, and Prime on STTR Phase I with ERAU developing a health monitoring system for helicopter gearboxes.

Magdy S AttiaPresident and Chief of Engineering
Dr. Attia received his PhD in 1995 in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He then joined Siemens (formerly Westinghouse) AG Power as a senior engineer in the advanced engine development group progressing to project lead for the upgrade of the 501F engine. In 2003 he founded AbM to focus on innovative technology for power generation systems. He previously served as CTO and COO of Turbine Truck Engines (NYSE: TTEG.OB) until 2011.

Sean HollyChief Executing Officer
Mr. Holly has over 15 years of startup and restructuring leadership experience. Prior to joining AbM, he led the re-establishment of Crane Cams between 2010 and 2013, and held a critical role in the restructuring of S&S Cycle where he reconfigured operations to respond to a 75% drop in revenue over 3 years. He spent 6 years in special operations in the US Navy, and is a MIT Leaders for Global Operations Fellow where he received a MS and an MBA.

Darrell StevensSenior Engineer
Mr. Stevens has 16+ years of prototyping, design, and drafting experience. In 1998 he served as a design draftsman for Cessna and worked on the certification of the Citation II aircraft aftermarket modifications, and with AAR Corp in 2009 to develop replacement jet aircraft parts using GD&T, improve manufacturing processes, and assist in preparation of FAA packages. Later he joined AbM as lead design engineer. He holds a BSc in engineering.

Daniel EshakConsultant
Mr. Eshak is a Principle Engineer at Siemens Energy with extensive engineering experience, design knowledge, finite element modeling and simulation, and nonlinear vibration expertise. He received his MS. in mechanical engineering from UCF, and has 21+ years in the design of various gas turbine power plant components. Mr. Eshak holds five patents and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Jim SchwarzVP Market Development
Mr. Schwarz has 30+ years in establishing, developing, and maintaining sales relationships in the industrial component supply market. Prior to joining AbM, he served as President/CEO of a custom manufacturer serving large OEMs, he reversed a two year loss resulting in sales growing from $25 to over $80 million and a return to profitability. He holds a MBA from University of Cincinnati and a JD of Law from Northern Kentucky University.
