Mr. Swain has spent 20 years as the President and/or Chief Financial Officer of several medical device companies. Mr. Swain served for Closure Medical Corporation (NASDAQ: CLSR), Symbius Medical, and Biofisica.
Prior to this, he served as the CFO of YOUcentric, Inc. and The Record Bar.
Mr. Swain holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a certified public accountant.

Keith comes to Ability Dynamics with 20 years of engineering and business experience. He is an expert in composite materials and was a Boeing engineer employed on the Apache helicopter where he focused on the development of the new composite main rotor blades. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Biomedical Engineering. He also holds a Thunderbird Masters in Business Administration in International Business Management.

Neil Keene serves as the company’s Director of Marketing and is responsible for the commercialization and launch of the Rush foot. Mr. Keene’s experience includes pharmaceutical and biotechnology with a strong record of success with18 years of marketing experience. Prior to Ability Dynamics, he has held positions at GSK, Forest and Teva. He earned a BA from The GW and an EMBA from Villanova University.
