Garth Soshahi has worked in the music space as an artist turned manager/consultant, and independent label owner just before the company’s conception. Garth has consulted and structured deals for several start-ups, which has given him a clear understanding of the digital landscape and how it correlates with the music marketplace; ultimately allowing him to recognize a void in the music and technology space.

Diego is the architect of AAMPP's database systems. Diego specializes in building complex web platforms and financial systems from the ground up. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems and has over 18 years of IT experience. He is proficient in over 12 programming languages and builds platforms using today’s most advanced and up to date industry standard database software.

Matthew is AAMPP’s lead software developer. Matthew has the ability to solve critical problems with ease and finesse and possesses a very high-level of written and verbal communication skills. Matthew is proficient in 6 programming languages and has 7 years experience as a Webmaster/Web Development/LAMP. He also has 5 years of experience building enterprise level PHP/MySQL applications with security and scalability in mind.

O’Neil Anderson, has owned, operated, and managed artists, labels, and companies within the independent music industry for nearly a decade. O'Neil has spent the last 8 years studying the market and has spearheaded the vast majority of AAMPP's web platform. In January 2013, O'Neil filed his resignation papers with the Miami Dade Police Dept. Where he served honorably for ten years to dedicate his full time and attention to building AAMPP.
