In addition to the showcases, AAM-JAM will run a number of conferences featuring some of the world's industry game-changers as guest speakers and will discuss issues that developing artists and industry workers in Australia have. The purpose of the conferences is to educate developing artists and industry workers in understanding how the industry operates, so that they can create more potential for success in their careers
