We fund Residential and Commercial loans, secured by solid, low Loan-to-value real estate. Many relativley solid borrowers are unable to get bank financing for short term loans, we fill that gap & have a very low default rate. Our Customers are individual investors with portfolios ranging from 500k to 10 million. We are currently looking to fill an opening in our Internal Loan Fund of about 2-3 Million.
