I am an excellent mechanic who simply wanted a cup of coffee. So while wrenching on bicycles, I started a coffee cart, which I've now turned into a cafe (built inside of an old shipping container). I serve fresh hot coffee, and Belgian waffles. Low food cost, small cafe with minimal labor force needed, and obscenely low rent $160 a month.
