A.J's Grilled Cheese Shop L.L.C was formed a few months ago by me and my father. We have taken all the steps necessary to create relationships with equipment, and food suppliers and also created a well thought business plan. I have a tremendous passion for cooking and my dad has a tremendous passion for owning his own business with me.
