Farmland is becoming harder and harder to come by and my company is wanting to buy farmland thru investors since farmers cant afford to buy land unless they are able to lease the land first and get established. the farmer will pay an annual payment to A&B then we will pay it to the investors. The farmer then will buy the farmland from our company which will be sold for more than initial investment.
