Glenna Mo graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Marketing degree at the age of 20, and continued IT/MBA program at Depaul University. She founded a Mortgage Company (EPMC) and a few other ancillary companies until they were sold in 1995. Glenna continued in the real estate investment in EU for 15 years before starting YNN. In 2013, Glenna developed an online Self-Service Advertising Portal and launched in the 3rd quarter of 2015.

Michael Brankin Michael has worked in sales and marketing for over 20 years, spanning multiple industries. Michael has a BA from St. Mary University and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Michael started a digital signage company and took the company from 0 to $110,000 in sales in 7 months. He has now joined YNNads.com to introduce a much needed new technology to an exploding industry.

David Hawkins worked in PR and IT Support for over 10 years for 'Boyz from the Hood Foundation' founded by NBA stars Nick Anderson and Kendall Gill. David joined YNN 4 years ago and provides a wide range of administrative support to management and the sales team and an integral part in the development of various web platforms. He also possesses knowledge of HTML, PHP, SQL, Android, MACOSX, Photoshop and Illustrator to name a few.

Dawa Dhundup graduated from Northeastern Illinois University and has more than 9 years of work experience in the IT industry. He worked as Software Engineer for Mphasis for 3 years and Application Support at Thomson Reuters. He has MCP(Windows XP) certification from Microsoft, A+ Technician certificate from CompTIA, and CCNA certification. He has learned java, HTML, CSS, Joomla, Database Design, Photoshop, video editing tools etc.
