Kathy was the former Head of Women & Children's services at Providence Health & Services (Oregon & SW Washington). She pioneered new care models including single room delivery, group care models, and the integration of doulas, nurse midwives and OBGYNs into team based care.

Jane has been a key contributor to the success of many companies over her career. For the past 25 years, her focus has been new product development and strategic planning, primarily within the medical device and software industries. She has been an active participant, providing hands-on guidance to early-stage companies, working closely with management teams to achieve successful exits in excess of $150 million.
