Professional background includes web-product and clean-tech management, and business development, and legal and transaction consulting at organizations ranging from venture-backed start-ups to global multi-national corporations.

Over 30 years as a President and CEO in the US banking industry, including significant early roles in origination, securitization and trading of mortgage related financial assets and early development of AAA rated mortgage backed securities and collateralized mortgage obligations. Expertise enables streamlined management of the direct investment of capital into third-party tax- benefited structures for commercial PV projects.

Managing partner: poly-silicon brokerage, supplying raw silicon to panel manufacturers worldwide. Consultant to panel manufacturers for higher purity materials supply chains, and to developers and EPCs regarding quality assurance for downstream project management. Understanding of the PV manufacturing process, including polysilicon, ingots, wafers, and modules. Experience negotiating with utilities during development of large scale projects.
